David and Jan,
I am also descendant of Pierre Bissonnet & Marie Dallon. Like Jan, my lineage stems from Pierre-Louis' brother Jean and Charlotte Davenne.
They had seven children that I am aware of; the order I have is Marie-Charlotte, Suzanne, Jean, Francois, Francoise-Hilaire, Charles-Alexandre, and Louis.
I am descendant of Jean, who married Marie Lavoie on 19 Jul 1720 at Baie St-Paul.
Their son Antoine-Francois married Marie-Charlotte Gagnon on 11 Jan 1763 at Baie St-Paul.
Their son Jean-Francois married Genevieve Desrochers on 18 Jan 1785 at Les Cedres.
Their son Nicolas (Paul) married Rose Valade on 9 Aug 1819 at Les Cedres.
Their son Guillaume married Catherine Bray on 2 Feb 1847 at St-Polycarpe.
Their son Ferdinand married Alexina Trottier on 25 Jun 1889 at St-Zotique.
Their son (my grandfather) Raoul married Clara Vernier on 6 Oct 1914 at St-Zotique.
My father was Andre Romual Bissonnette, the first of his family to move to the United States.
