Pierre Bissonnette is the son of Jean-Baptiste and Philomène Leduc. He married Anne Gravel in Alfred, Ontario on February 7, 1898. Anne Gravel's parents are François and Eloise Blondin.

Jean-Baptiste Bissonnette(son of Jean-Baptiste and Angélique Sauvé)married Philomène Leduc (daughter of Amable and Sophie Therrien) in St-Clet,Soulanges County, Québec on September 29, 1856. This was his second mariage. He first wed Mathilde Lalonde (daughter of Joseph and Josephte Lauzon) in St-Clet, Soulanges County, Québec on January 11, 1853.

Jean-Baptiste Bissonnette (son of Jean-Baptiste and Euphrosine Préjean)married Angélique Sauvé (daughter of Joseph and Josephte Martin) in St-Joseph de Soulanges ("Les Cèdres") on January 13, 1829. He later married Émélie Levaque (Levac) widow of Joseph Bastien, in St-Polycarpe, Québec on August 25, 1859.
