Gladys, I have been searching for a Huguenot link for Bis***t and I am nearly certain now that there is not one. Edward Bisat was returned to his parish of Armyn (near Hook) 30 Dec 1815 from Fishlake. These parishes might hold the key to why the Bisats moved to YKS. I have some data back to 1710. snail mail or e-mail might be better for exchanging info. Mike
