Seeking information on this line. Margaret's parents were Andrew Bissett and Mary Hogg. Margaret married Findlay MacGregor, 16 Nov. 1829 in Lasswade, Scotland. Had seven children and emigrated to Ontario, Canada c. 1845 or so. Am particularly interested in anyone with information on her husband. All I know is that he was a cooper at a powder mill in Roslin. I am descended through their daughter Agnes. They apparently were Free Church of Scotland and records are difficult to come by. She was born in Kilquanchar (sp?), Fife.
Looking forward to hearing from anyone with information - will share what I have.
