Looking for the parents or any information on Stephen Bissett. On 23 March 1826 he married Eliza Tharp in Muskingum Co, Ohio. Heis found in the 1830 census in St. Albans Twp, Licking Co, OH.Stephen and Eliza had the following children who were according to census records born in IN: Frank, Stephen, Frances b 1831, Samuel b 1834 married Ophelia, and Elizabeth b 1848 married Peter Owen(s). I haven't been able to find Stephen in any other census records to date. I have a photo of him with a Civil War tax stamp on the back. The picture was taken by Smith & Wybrant between 1 Sept 1864 and 1 Aug 1866. The address on the photo is only given as Main Street (no town). I don't know when or where he died.
