Hi Lisa,
Sorry can't help you in particular but my family also comes from Fraserborough. Walter Bisset b.1910 was my father. He & his family emigrated to Canada during the Depression, stayed only one winter and returned - too cold!! Only my father stayed and one of his brothers carried on to New Zealand.
My son just returned from Scotland and visited Fraserborough. Said not many Bissets left there. Most of my family now lives in Inverness.
