My great great grandmother was Penelople Mills. Her maiden name on her son John Mills death certificate is listed as Penelope Copley. However on her marriage bind intent- copy to follow, she is listed as Penelope Birt. I have also found an Annie Eliabeth listed as a daughter. They lived in Wayne Co W. VA and Lawrence and Masrtin county KY. Any leads would be greatly appreciated.

well and truly to be made we bind our selve our ----
