I am also researching the family of Stephen Birlew and Rebecca Holder. Would like to correspond with you, John.
I am a Holder researcher. I believe that Rebecca may be the daughter of Andrew Jackson Holder (b abt 1833) and his wife Amanda Sheets. "Mandy" could look like "Maudy". Andrew Jackson and Amanda did have a daughter named Rebecca.
