Your mention of receiving information from a woman in Middletown piqued my curiosity. I am assuming she was in Middletown, Indiana. If so my ancestors lived near Middletown and in fact a wife and daughter of one of them is buried in Painter Cemetery near there.

Here's my line:

Joseph Birkinbine b. 1800 PA
...Joseph b. 1828 OH
...John b. 1829 OH
...Lydia b. 1833 OH
...George Birkinbine b. 1840 OH

......Harrison b. 1876
......Dora b. 1881 IN
......Otto b. 1886 IN
......Zona Birkinbine b. 1878-1879 Frankton, Indiana
