I have been trying hard to find the marriage of John Birkbeck to Hannah Hart which would have taken place in Co Durham, UK around the 1885 period.
John was born 10 Sept 1850 at Scout Green, Crosby Ravensworth, Westmorland, son of Robert Birkbeck and Catherine Jackson. Robert Birkbeck was born 1805 at Todd House, Brough, Westmorland, son of John Birkbeck and Margaret Pearson.
John Birkbeck is known to have had a previous marriage to Elizabeth Wade around 1865. They had three children (George B., John Wade B. & Catherine B.) before his (first) wife died 19 May 1879 at helmington Row, Co. Durham.
