Ann Birbeck, a widow age 38 of Oulton in the parish of Rothwell, Yorkshire married Richard Jackson a widower age 38 of the same place by licence on 18 October 1758 at Rothwell Parish Church. They had a son John Jackson christened 20 September 1759. I believe Ann Birbeck had previously been married to John Birbeck and they had a daughter Ann Birbeck born in 1756.
Richard Jackson and his wife Ann Birbeck both died in 1762 (possibly an epidemic)leaving the two young children orphans, both of whom are named in Richard's will.
