Scotty,

My Great Grandmother was Carmi Birge. She was born in Holmes County in 1918, the youngest of 12 children. Her father was Thomas Birge and her mother was Cecelia Taylor Birge. The siblings are listed as: Henry, Carl, Hubert, Sarah, Dixie, Alma, Cora, Lonie, Hattie, Esper, and Stella. I have been trying to do a little research on her heritage and ran across your message. Think they're related? Was there a reason William choose to move to Holmes county in 1894? Did he already have family there?
