After an inquiry of how to access Court of Claims records, I received this message from National Archive and Records Admnistration: Dean Birdsong

Thank you for your recent inquiry concerning records of Indian claims. For information about these or other records held by NARA,please send your request to the main email address via the web form at http://www.archives.gov/global_pages/inquire_form.html. Using this form will enable your request to be handled more efficiently. Please be sure to include as much specific information about your request as possible, as well as your complete name and mailing address, in case the archivists need to contact you in that fashion. The readers of that form will either respond directly, or forward your request to the appropriate archival reference unit.
Sincerely,
Jeffery T. Hartley
Librarian
NARA
