The John you mentioned was married to a Lenoir? The John that died in 1790 (Sept. 21) was my ancestor, and his wife was Mary L. Armistead. "L" for Lenoir? I show no other spouses for either of them. They had 14 children. John Birdsong, Jr. was born in Charles Parrish, York Co., VA. August 26, 1733, and married about 1749. Mary ("of" Elizabeth Co., VA) was born about 1730 and died about 1782. I do not see the names Green or Pettypoole listed here. Would you mail me with the information you have?
