James Bird was NOT married to Mary Clark >> his brother JOSEPH (my 8th great grandfather) married Mary Clark and they had the Mary I mentioned before-only I have a birthdate of 1661. Regardless of the birthdate, I am convinced that THIS Mary is YOUR Mary, because of the tie in to Mary CLARK's name.
