Anthony, admr for part of his legacy in light of his wife Catherine Binns now Catherine Pye.Notice served Elizabeth Binns by Jos. Anthony, admr. Oct. 11, 1819 that he will petition the court for a div. of slaves.Receipt May 30, 1821 to admr for their shares of the est of Burrell Binns, dec'd, signed Jas.
