Charles Edgar Bailey's ancestry from my research:
Parents: James G. Bailey and Rebecca F. Binkley
Grandparents: John C. Bailey and Rosa Ann Binkley
John G. Binkley and Lavanda A. Carley
Great-grandparents: John Binkley and Ellen unknown
John G. Binkley and Rosa Ann Binkley were siblings. Great-grandfather John Binkley's parents are unknown. However, he was almost certainly a descendant of the immigrant Peter Binkley, born 1704 in Switzerland, came to Pennsylvania in 1736, died in North Carolina in 1793.
This does not match a listing on Rootsweb by another researcher, who believes that Charles Edgar's father was James Binkley's brother John. However, Charles' death certificate shows his father's name as Jim and his mother as unknown. At

Charles' mother is shown as a Binkley, first name unknown, and his father as Jim. On that same site Charles' wife is shown as Maudie Rail with no tombstone. This must come from cemetery records in which someone misread "Mandie Kail."
In 1900 Maggie Bailey, wife of John, said that she had five children, four living. Four were living with her and John; according to a cemetery record that I can no longer find online, one had died in 1883.
I'm afraid that I do not know Amanda Kail's parents. In 1880 she appears to have been an orphan, living with her uncle. I could not find an online death certificate. It looks as if she may have died in 1912:
