Sarah Francis/Frances Binkley was born in 1862, probably in Ohio. (Probably Fairfield or Perry county) and her mother was Sabina Emma Boyer/Beyer/Byer. Her mother remarried in 1867, so I suspect Sarah's father had died by then, maybe killed in the Civil War. Sarah married Joseph Henry Poor in about 1882. Sometimes Sarah used the last name "Heckard" which was the last name of her step father. Does anyone know Sarah's father's first name, when and where he was born and died? We believe he spelled his last name Binkley or Binkly. Sarah is my great great grandmother's niece. Thanks.
