William Franklin Binkley, wife Myrtle, daughter Lorene Younglof

I have been asked to help someone with an adoption related issue and have been unable to find any record of the people mentioned in the subject. These people are believed to have been in Davidson County in 1943. Lorene and George Younglof adopted a child that shortly afterward was adopted by Lorene's parents, William Franklin and Myrtle [possibly Marie] Binkley. Lorene and George were evidently divorced by 1947 when George remarried, but I have not yet found either a marriage or divorce record for them. Not only can I not find these people in my extensive Binkley database, I cannot find them in census records.
