While I am not certain that I am of the downline for which you are searching, I am a descendant of John Binkley b: 1695 in Canton of Bern, Switzerland, d: 1757 in Lancaster County, PA, married to Barbara (last name unknown to me). One of their sons was Felix b: 1730 in Germany d: 1781 in Lancaster County, PA, married to Anna Landis, whose father was Felix Landis. One of their sons was John Binkley b: 1759 in Manner Township, Lancaster County, PA, d: Sep 2, 1797, Lancaster County, PA, burial Mellinger Cemetery, married Susanna Herr b: Sep 15, 1762, d: Jun 20, 1816.
While I am not a direct male descendant (my mother was Ruth Clara Binkley), I have a number of male first cousins who are offspring of Ruth's brother, Howard John Russ Binkley. Please let me know if you would like me to contact them regarding your need for a direct male descendant male DNA swab.
