Wing of 749 A Philip Binkley became Guardian of Christian Adam in June 1808 in Hagerstown MD after Christian's grandfather died. I know that Jacob Adam (brother of Christian) named his son George Binkley Adams. Do you know if Philip moved to New Market VA between 1808 and 1809, as Christian and Jacob (just boys) moved there to study under Rev. Paul Henkle's sons at the German school there?
