I have been told by several Binkley researchers that the full name of Hiram Binkley, b. abt. 1815, a resident of Davidson and then Cheatham Co. after its formation, the husband of Nancy Moses, was the son of Henry Binkley and his first wife Anna Carpenter. Also I have been told that his full name was Hiram Henry Binkley. Although I don't doubt either of these facts, no one has ever shared with me the source of the information. Can anyone provide me with the source for Hiram's parentage and full name?
