Only recently I noticed that in my data for Adam's children, which came from Bridget Rogier's printout, they are all shown with definite birthdates and as being born in Bethania, NC. I am interested in whether this data came from the Moravian Archives or is otherwise reliable. If so, it seems to me that it sheds light on the question of when Adam came to TN. I know that the date is often given as 1782, but I believe that came from the Joseph S. Binkley Bible records and is not reliable. We do know from Peter's will that Adam was in TN as early as 1791 and there appears to be evidence that my own gg grandfather, Frederick, said to have come to TN with Adam, his uncle, was here at that date. Can anyone definitely confirm that Adam's children were born in NC?
