Hi Ben
My name is Robert (Bob) Inwood Bilton. My Great Grandfather (John) arrived in Christchurch on one of the first ships to being immigrants to NZ in 1850, I think. We understand he left Cambridge to become the organist at the Cathedral being planned for Christchurch. On the voyage he met Elizabeth Inwood, whose family planned to become the millers for the new settlement. They married and ever since the eldest son of our branch of the family has carried the second name of Inwood. Their are 8 Biltons in the Auckland phone book and I am related or know about half of them. Small threads I am afraid, but somehow somewhere a connection will be made. All the best
Bob Bilton
