I to come through the Bills line my great Aunt did a lot of research on this line and she had the parents of Phillip Denman as John and Mary Williams and the mother of Deborah was Rachel Mitchell b. 1705. Rachels parents were John and Margaret Mitchell. I have been researching for about 7 yrs and have yet to find a mistake in here info. She was very good and her mother would go with her and help. hope this helps
