THis must be the Elizabeth you are seeking and I am sorry to say if she is a BILLMAN she is not from the line that I research. As you can see her parents are both from France, which indicates that she is 1st generation in this country. My line of BILLMAN's came here in the early 1700's from what is now Germany.
