Hello Etienne, Most of the researchers on this forum can trace their ancestors to Joseph Billiter who arrived in America in 1671. He was transported here as a servant of Robert Farrington (may be Harrington). Recently, after much debate, we have come to believed that Joseph came from England and not Switzerland. We know very little of Joseph before his arrival in America. Perhaps, you can help us with any information that you have. We also believe that the Billiter Family originated in Switerland. Are we wrong in that assumption?

Sincerely,
Jim Dewar
