Thank you! Having Rachel Biliter's parents' names will help me to find her. If indeed she married (Dr.?) Thomas Mitchell Tate, they are probably my 3g-grandparents. If you know anyone who has researched the family further, please encourage them to contact me. I have descendants of their son, Mitchell Beverly Tate 1823-1892.
