Where is Marsha Bovey?

Folks:

Marsha is responsible for much of the innovative research about early American Billiters. Her Quaker research in the early 1980's is often cited by several amateur Billiter genealogists, including me.

I had not corresponded with her directly, but I've seen some of her letters by second and third hand. And I thank the several people who sent me her research results.

Where is Marsha? I suppose in the best of all worlds, she might respond to this post. But several of us can't find her anywhere. She was last known to be in Idaho in the 1980s.

Marsha's research involved Joseph Billiter, who immigrated 1671 to the Delmarva, and his progeny. From what I know, most (maybe all) Billiters with American ancestors before 1850 or so are descended from Old Joseph.

In one of her helpful letters to others Marsha said that Old Joe came from the village of Mannedorf, Canton Zurich, Switzerland (CH). I am wondering how Marsha knew this?

I would be grateful for any help.

Best, Jim Billiter (Jim@Billiter.com)
