Dewar of 430 I have a Penthhus Billiter born in 1820 to Mark Billiter and Mary Owens. Mark was born in 1788 in Stokes County, North Carolina and moved to Grant Couny, Ky. ca 1818. The family then moved to Ohio, Clay County, Indiana then to Iowa. Mary Owens was born in Maryland and Susan, Penthhus's wife was born in 1820 in Indiana.
