In regard to James W. Billiter, I have some conflicting information:

Eliza McNeil
b:1845
d:02 Jul 1868 bur:Cherry Fork, Adams Co. OH
age 22y, 11m, 28d
children:
Hattie m:John Kelch lived near Lincolnsville, IN
I believe that Sarah Pitchford could be a second marriage, but if this James were born in 1859, he would be 15 years younger than Eliza and that seems a bit odd.
