I am looking for any information W.B.Billingsly. He was the School Superintendent for Montague County, Texas. from around 1905 - around 1930. His wifes name was "Mammy". I don't know if that is her given name or just a nickname. That I know of they had 3 Children, 1. Dora Mae Billingsly, (who married Edgar Freelan Wilson), 2. Henry Billingsly, 3. name unknown.
