My great great great grandfather was Sias Billingsley who was born in 1805 and is buried in Fairmont, WV. He was married to Anna and had several children one named, Sias. My father, grandfather, and great grandfather were all born around Fairview, WV (formerly called Paw Paw)I'm not sure if there is a connection but it fits the time frame. Please let me know if this helps.
