Of the three Martha Billingsleys in my records, the one born in 1795 would be the only reasonable candidate. She was born in Kentucky and was the first child of John Billingsley and Martha Blair. I do not know anything else about her. Later records include several Simpsons from Simpson County, Kentucky, such as John Atkins Simpson married to Elizabeth Agnes Billingsley in 1856. Does this help?
