Thomas Billingsley and Mary Crow

I came across a well documented marriage for Mary CROW (Charles, Charles) of Laurens Co. SC as the second wife to Thomas W. BILLINGSLEY,Jr. on 10 Oct 1826 in Perry Co. AL. It lists the groom as son of Thomas W. Sr. I always thought that TWB, Jr was born in 1805 in Sullivan Co. TN. But this new documentation also shows TWB Jr buying land in Perry Co in 1820. He would have been only 14-15 yrs old. Very doubtful.

I now believe Mary Crow was married to TWB Senior, born 1782 in Onslow Co. NC. She died at age 27, leaving at least two small children. This new documentation speaks of a third wife from Mobile, AL. That makes sense. 1. Nancy Courtney Allen, 2. Mary Crow and 3. ? from Mobile.

Am I on the right track?
