Your line from Thomas back to Francis goes:
Thomas (7); Samuel (6); James (5); William (4); William (3); John (2); Francis (1). Your Thomas was born in East TN in 1805, moved to Kentucky and alabama with his parents. He married prior to 1829, Sarah (I assume Sally was a nickname) dau of F. William Stephenson and Jane Hamilton, she was born in KY in 1810. They moved to Tishmingo Co, MS about 1842 and resided there to 1854-55 then moved to Clark co., ARkansas where he engaged in farming. This portion of Clark Co. became Nevada Co. sometime in the 1870's. He is stated to have died in the year 1889 at the age of 84 years and Sarah died in 1890 at the age of 80 years. You probably already know that they had 6 children: Jemima Matilda, b. 1829 in AL she m. John Bell before 1860, (2) James Anderson b. 14 Mar. 1835 (3) Counsel Campbell b. 1838, (4) Josephine A., b. 1843, MS, married (1) Shults (?); (2) Tim buchanan.
5th child: Frances A. b. 1846, MS, married Ab. McGuire, in 1931 was said to be living in Prescott, Ark. 6th child: Olando, b. 30 Oct. 1849, MS. James, Councel and olando are listed in more detail in the Davis Billingsley book. If you would like that information, e-mail me with your e-mail address. We share ancestors thru Samuel (6) then I go to William (7) and you go to Thomas (7). so guess, we're cousins, also.
