I had to do a little digging for the information. Thomas Billingsley married Sally Stephenson in Blount Co. Alabama on August 2,1826 . Samuel Billingsley married Jane Stephenson in Blount on Dec 23, 1824. These were sisters of James Stephenson wh purchased land in Madison County, Alabama in 1843.
