Try Tuttle Antiquarian Books. Their email address is http://www.tuttlebooks.com/ I've been told that they sell reproductions of the Billingsley book--probably the only way you'll get a copy now. It's fairly expensive--but the comments that I've seen on it have been very positive. Hope that helps.
