I found a record in a book compiled by Jones & Gandrud of Autauga Co. records that has Clement T. Billingsley in 1854 applying for bounty land for the minor and only child of William B. Billingsley, who died in 1835, due for service in war of 1812. That child's name was Catherine Booth. There was a widow who had since remarried whose name is not mentioned.
