"The Billingsley Family in America" says,
"Born Cumberland County, Kentucky in January 1809, moved to Tennessee and Alabama with his parents. He married prior to 1832 Winifrede ____ (Mannering?) born North Carolina in 1815. They moved to Pontotoc County, Mississippi about 1842 and then moved to Shelby County, Texas about 1859 where he is listed in 1860 as a farmer and local preacher, Campbellite Baptist. They were both living in 1880. No information as to their deaths."

The book goes on to show info on 14 children.

If you would like to go into this in more detail, let me know.

Robert
