I don't know if it is the same family but in my gg grandfather Jackson Jones's Will, written 1904 he mentions a daughter Phoebe Jones Billingsley and grandaughter Bulah Billingsley. They were left 20 acres of land in Carroll County,MO. I posted on another list and a Gentleman by the name of Marshall Lottus left me a message stating Phoebe's husband was Joseph Mack Billingsley and they had a son George Franklin Billingsley.
