Dear Mr. Parsley,

To the best of my knowledge I'm not related to the Billingsleys. My husband and I acquired a collection of old photographs. Most of them were identified on the backs and most of people had lived in Virginia or were tied to Virginia families. We took them because we couldn't stand the thought of them being thrown away. I understand from someone else who wrote asking for a copy of Jesse's picture that there were several Jesse Billingsleys during this time frame. I will happily send the scan, but I'm unable to tell you anything about this gentleman because I simply don't know. If you will send me an email address I'll scan and send.
