The Martha Billingsley you've inquired about is not the same one who was said to have been born in America. That person is her mother, also named Martha Billingsley, and I believe she might have spent a short time in America soon after her marriage. The Martha who is associated with Mr. Hentschel was born in Victoria (Morwell/Hazelwood) to George Billingsley and his wife Martha (nee Matson) Billingsley. The older Martha is my great aunt. She was born in Ireland and died in Victoria. I have not met the Billingsleys. I was born in W. Australia but have lived most of my life in the U.S.A. In searching for my Matson ancestors, I was able to find some in Victoria. I have info re: my great aunt's birth and death dates, and about her siblings and parents. That's as far back as I've been able to go.
