Lannie,

Clifford Jennings Billingsley was the son of Charles Edgar Billingsley and Eulalia Cupp. Charles Edgar was b. 10 Feb 1869 in Fulton Co, IL and died 14 May 1929 in Heavener (?), Oklahoma.

Charles Edgar was the son of James Harvey and Elizbeth Isabel Noble Billingsley. James Harvey was the son of Joseph and Sarah Warfield Billingsley. The line can be traced back to 1400s in England.
