I am doing some research on my line of Billingsley/Billingsly and was hoping someone could help me. My GGG Grandfather was F.M.(M is for Marius?) Billingsly born 1837 married to Mary A. His father was born in North Carolina and mother was born in Georgia. I cannot seem to find out their names though. Their children were:Permesia, Cornelia, Thomas, Josie, Osa, Lula, Rufus Gadson (my GG Grandfather), Mamie, Harden, Huel, John, Alice and Artie. So, I am trying to find out who F.M.'s parents were and further back. Any help will be greatly appreciated!
