Joseph and Sarah Warfield Billingsley of Schuyler Co, IL had a son James
Harvey Billingsley who md. Elizabeth Isabel Noble. Their first child was Joseph
McClung Billingsley, and he was listed as Joseph Mac Billingsley on the
the 1880 census of Oakland Twp, Schuyler Co, IL. He was 22. His wife
Phoebe was 18.

I do not have a marriage date or maiden name for Pheobe. But, I do have
some documents which list J.M. and Mrs. Pheobe M. Billingsley as heirs
to Elizabeth Noble Billingsley Chism, and they lived in Carroll Co, MO.

I have four children listed for Joseph and Pheobe: Viola McDANIEL,
Beulah MENDENHALL, Walter and George.
