Hello Laura, I also descend from Francis, and share the same information you apparently have. My Bilingsley connection is from my mother's side; my grandmother was Hazel Billingsley, from Dublin, Ohio. She was the daughter of Richard Bilingsley, who families came from the MD and VA area.Perhaps we can compare families notes after the first of the year.
