Roy Billingsley - Knoxville?

Hi, there!

I'm trying to fill in some blank spaces in the tree, and have traced one branch of mom's family back to Roy Billingsley, who married Carrie Mott, probably in or near Knoxville, TN near the turn of the 19th>20th centuries. They had 4 children: Dossie, Eunice, Victor and Leonard. That's all I know, as mom never talked about that sort of thing.

Any data would be appreciated!
