Jacob Biller, 1820 VA-1869 OH

I have been searching for several years for the parents of JACOB BILLER, b 25 Jan 1820, Shenandoah, VA, d 10 Sep 1869, Pike Twp, Clark Co, OH. Based on deductions from census records, etc., I believe he may be the son of Christian Biller and Hannah Price.
Jacob Biller m/1 1 Feb 1857, Clark Co, OH, Magdalene ULERY (1837-1864), d/o John Ulery and Elizabeth Hawbaker; m/2 1864 Phoebe A. Overpack (1822-1875). He had 5 children: Elizabeth (1857-1935), Martha (1859-1928) [my g'grandmother], Mary Magdalene (1860-1931), John (1862-1925), Ulery Jacob (1864-1949).
Since both parents died when the children were very young, our family has no info on him other than that he was born in Shenandoah, VA. The Ulery family had moved to Ohio from Franklin Co, PA in 1840. They settled in Pike Twp, Clark Co, OH, in a settlement that was called Liberty. It was noted in one source that Jacob built the Liberty school house, so he remained closely aligned with his first wife's family.
If Jacob is the son of Christian, then presumably his grandfather was John George Biller.
This has been my brick wall, and any help would be very much appreciated.
Incidentally, I have a lot of info on the downlines, which I would be very happy to share.
Thank you, Dominique, DZDelphine@aol.com
