What was the name of Charles Biller's parents? Did he have a sister named Ruth Biller? One of my second great grandfathers was named Milton C. Biller. He married Sarah Catherine Dyke aka: Kate. They had many children, including a son named Charles, born October 1881 in West Virginia, died in Akron, Ohio. He married and had at least two children, two of whom, I have been told were named Charles and Ruth.
